I adopt an interdisciplinary approach that bridges psychology, marketing, cross-cultural studies and geopolitics. My teaching and research focus on understanding consumer behaviour from both theoretical and applied perspectives, with a particular interest in global and multicultural contexts.

My research is multidisciplinary, exploring intersections between psychology, marketing, and geopolitics. I primarily employ qualitative methods to investigate how individuals perceive and assign meaning to consumption practices within diverse cultural and symbolic contexts.

Before entering academia, I worked as a Consumer Insights Analyst at Foote, Cone & Belding, where I contributed to research projects aimed at helping companies better understand their current and potential customers. In addition, I collaborated with Plan Colombia on initiatives focused on violence prevention among vulnerable populations. I also completed an internship in neuropsychology at a hospital in Colombia, where I gained valuable experience in clinical assessment.
