Your application and portfolio

In addition to your application, you will be invited to an interview to present a portfolio showing evidence of your creative ability and understanding.

Your future career

Our graduates are well-placed to further their training as an architect or move into other careers within design and construction such as urban design, graphic design, project management and planning.

92% of graduates from Architecture are in work or further study within 15 months of graduation (Three-year average, based on our analysis of HESA data © HESA 2022-2024, Graduate Outcomes Surveys 2019/20-2021/22; includes Full-time, UK domiciled, first degree Architecture responders).

Scholarships and fees

Students enrolling on to our BSc Architecture course in 2025 have the opportunity to secure a scholarship worth £1,000 for each of the three years of their course. (Subject to conditions for 2025 entry).

There are some additional costs for equipment, materials and learning resources. In the past, we have run optional field trips to ethically accessible cities such as Copenhagen, Antwerp and Nantes.
