Other collaborative arrangements
In addition to full collaborative provision arrangements the University has a range of other collaborative arrangements which enable students from our partner institutions to study for and receive a University of Reading degree.

Double Masters and '4+1' Masters Recruitment arrangements
As part of a Double Masters arrangement, students complete a University of Reading Masters programme and the partner institution recognises these credits as exemption from part of their own designated Master's programme. As such, a student can often gain 2 Masters degrees in 2 years. Students may qualify for discounted fees on these types of arrangements.
As part of a '4+1' arrangement, students complete an agreed award at a partner institution and apply to a specified University of Reading Masters, with the support of the partner institution. Students will often qualify for discounted fees as part of the 4+1 arrangement.
A full list of these Partnerships can be found on our Global Partners webpage, listed under each region.
