What we do
The University's cleaning staff take great pride in their work and take a professional and pro-active approach to ensure the University is cleaned to a high standard. To do this we undertake a wide range of cleaning duties as part of our standard service (see the service level table below) that are funded by a central budget. We are also able to offer a number of extra services for a charge.
Availability
Our core cleaning hours are between 05:30-15:00 Monday to Friday. Cleaning staff are available outside of these times as part of our extra services, which can be arranged via the Help Desk.
Our commitment
We are committed to providing a quality service delivered by a friendly and efficient staff. All of our operatives are fully trained to the Cleaning Services Training Programme (CSTP) and work is audited on a regular basis by supervisors. Where possible we make use of cleaning materials that are not harmful to the environment.
