77th Ice Cream Course 13th-15th/16th January 2026

We're excited to launch an intensive hands-on thermal processing training course designed for food industry professionals, researchers, and technical teams looking to deepen their expertise in pasteurisation, UHT, and retort processing.

This course has been cancelled for January 2026, with the possibility of being rescheduled later in the year or in January 2027.
