Supporting your learning

  • Semester 1: Blended learning approaches support those with primary degrees outside of food and nutritional sciences, while still challenging those building on primary degrees in the discipline.
  • Semester 2: Modules build on your learning and focus on food science innovation through case studies and product reformulation projects, informed by the latest research.
  • Dissertation: Your learning culminates in a research project that can be conducted at the University or with one of our industrial partners.
