Areas of interest

I currently teach on the IWLP Japanese programme and have also taught Japanese to a wide range of students.e.g. primary, secondary (GCSE, IB at grammar school in Kent), and tertiary sectors.

My main research interests lie in the areas of second language acquisition (SLA) and learner autonomy.
