All of our teaching staff are medical science experts and include former and current NHS staff.
Clinicians from our partners at Royal Berkshire Hospital and the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust also deliver some of our lectures.
Our first cohort of postgraduate students graduated in 2017 and their pass-rate at the national exam has been exceptional so far.
We are market leaders in Physician Associate training, to meet the growing demand for fully qualified Physician Associates within the NHS.
Funding for 2024 Physician Associates students is yet to be agreed. In 2023, Health Education England provided a grant of £5,202, disbursed in two installments over the duration of the two-year course.
As soon as we have details of the 2024 funding model we will publish them on this website. Students enrolled on the MSc course may also be eligible for the government’s Postgraduate Master's Loan.
We run open evening events for prospective students, both in person and virtually. You will have the opportunity to meet with our academic staff, chat with some of our current students and visit our award-winning campus.
