On our degree courses, you will develop critical, analytical and professional skills through learning about and conducting research on topics such as climate change, community development, environmental pollution and natural hazards.

Geography affects all our lives, from global problems of territorial conflict or climate change to local issues of social deprivation or water pollution.

Environmental science looks at the physical, chemical and biological parts of the Earth system, how they interact and change through time as well as the impact of human activity on the Earth.

Our courses

All our courses are also offered as four-year degrees with a year of professional experience. You can apply directly to your preferred course with the option to transfer to a four-year degree at a later date.

Fees and funding

There is a variety of funding support available to our undergraduate students. You may be eligible for government loans, grants or bursaries.

Students from the UK can receive government loans to help towards tuition fees and living costs. UK students may also be eligible for other grants and bursaries depending on their circumstances.
