Background
Flavia is a pharmacist with a diverse career spanning hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, academia, and research. Following initial hospital-based training, I completed a PhD while maintaining practice as a locum pharmacist, developing strong expertise in both research and patient-facing care. Subsequently, I progressed to Community Pharmacy Manager, leading pharmacy services, and the delivery of high-quality patient care within a busy community setting. My current work is split between working as a Clinical Lecturer in academia, combining clinical education with pharmacy practice as a relief community pharmacist. My broad professional background enables me to bridge the gap between academic scholarship and frontline healthcare practice, bringing real-world clinical insight to teaching, research, and professional development activities.
