Research culture
Research culture refers to the values and behaviours influencing our research practices and the lived experiences of everyone undertaking, contributing to or being impacted by our research.
Our research culture commitment outlines the core values driving work to support and strengthen a positive and resilient research culture at Reading, as well as examples of these values in action.
A Research Culture Programme was established in 2025 to support a strategic objective within Reading's 2024 to 2030 Research and Innovation Strategy to 'support and strengthen a positive and resilient research culture.'
More information about the Research Culture Programme, as well as research culture resources, can be found on the Research Culture at Reading SharePoint site.
