The primary objective of this strategy is to cultivate an environment and culture that effectively nurtures research, while concurrently investing in research infrastructure and support systems. The strategic work is underpinned by the values the University espouses and they offer inspiration for this strategy in several aspects; harnessing the power of community, promoting ‘change maker’ behaviours and enhancing a principled approach.
