The DTS Service Catalogue
Our Services: About the Service Catalogue
The DTS Service Catalogue provides a central source of information on the services we deliver. This ensures that all areas of the University can view an accurate, consistent picture of the University's IT services. It includes details on how they are intended to be used, and the levels and quality of service the you can expect for each service.
All services have a summary page that lists information such as a link to the service itself, a link to further information on the service, its status, details of how to get support, a link to the service level description and an indication of the size of the user population.
Our aims
The Service Catalogue helps us to:
- Ensure a common understanding of the IT services we offer by utilising the service catalogue as a communication tool
- Improve our focus on customer outcomes by correlating internal service provider activities and service assets to University processes and outcomes
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of our service management processes by leveraging the information contained in or connected to the service catalogue
- Improve knowledge, alignment and focus on the 'value' of each service throughout the our activities.
The DTS Service Catalogue is under review. Please go directly to the IT Self Service Portal or use the A-Z index to find the service you require. |
