Background

I am an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, with specific interests in two key areas: first, women’s leadership, second, the learning of leadership through lived experience and taught interventions.

I am experienced in:

  • Qualitative research - lived experience, autobiographical narrative and storied accounts, semi-structured interviews, focus groups.
  • Quantitative research – longitudinal studies, surveys, secondary analysis of national survey data and other large-scale surveys.
