University Responsibilities
Rhiannon Jarvie-Morris is a Lecturer in Primary Education for the Primary PGITE and BA Education programmes at the University of Reading. She teaches and assesses across English, Professional Studies, Religious Education, Drama, Geography, and History, and plays an active role in the recruitment of trainee teachers for both the PGITE and BA Education programmes.
Rhiannon supports the professional development of trainee teachers during their school placements and works closely with partnership mentors, contributing to their training and development. She also leads on the primary support of teachers requiring assessment through the Assessment Only (AO) route. In addition, she contributes to the assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate assignments within the Institute of Education.
Rhiannon is a Fellow of the University of Reading, having completed the EDMAP programme. She is also a Climate Ambassador and a STEM member, supporting schools across Berkshire in delivering climate change and sustainability education.
