Areas of interest

My research investigates the eating behaviour and the development of food preferences in young children, adolescents and young adults. I am particularly interested in how food preferences can be changed via pre-exposure activities, food parenting and social eating.

I am a mixed methods researcher with expertise in a range of qualitative methodologies including interview studies, focus groups studies, photo-elicitation studies, Reflective Thematic Analysis, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), Framework Analysis (FA).
