Staff Forum

Who are the Staff Forum?

The Staff Forum is a group of volunteers from across schools and directorates acting as Employee Representatives. The Staff Forum actively engages with all colleagues and the University Executive Board (UEB), seeking ways to improve the working environment for everyone.

Get Support

If you’re facing a problem or need 1-to-1 support, Staff Forum can offer advice, accompany you at formal meetings or raise wider issues directly with senior management.

Get Heard

If you have an opinion, an idea or solution which could make the University a better place, contact the Staff Forum via email - staff-forum@reading.ac.uk. We’ll raise it on your behalf to UEB or signpost you to someone who would be able to take it forward.
